Your free trial, first charge and cancellation.
When do my three free months start?
After the owner has manually connected your phone number and confirmed activation. Submitting a request or saving a payment method does not start your trial. You will see the trial end and first charge date in your account.
What happens after the free trial?
After activation, separately review and accept the first charge date to enable the $49 USD monthly subscription. Without this acceptance, automatic billing is not enabled. Cancel before that date to avoid the first charge. Early conversion is optional and requires a separate confirmation of the amount and charge date.
How do I cancel?
Use the cancel action in your account. Trial cancellation prevents future charges. Cancellation from this account ends a paid rental immediately; already paid amounts are not automatically refunded. A cancellation scheduled through Stripe’s portal follows the date shown there. The owner then manually removes your details before the website can be rented again.

What is included, and how to make it yours.
Is the website really exclusive to my business?
Yes. Each website can have only one active rental or reservation. If a rental ends, the owner must confirm that the previous business’s contact details have been removed before it is offered again.
Do I own the website or get hosting access?
The owner keeps the domain, hosting, code and website control. You rent the exclusive use of that website under the rental terms. You do not receive hosting or source code access.
Can I add my logo and business information?
Once your rental is paid and current, you can request a logo, business details, opening hours, photos and agreed service updates. The owner reviews and applies these manually. Unlimited edits are not included.

Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No. Search visibility and customer demand vary. We do not guarantee leads, traffic, Google rankings or business results. Any future published metrics must be verified.

For $49 USD per month, you can request a featured business listing in foundationrepairstexas.com. This is a separate placement offer; you do not rent the entire directory exclusively.
